Hrafnhildur Björnsdóttir
Soprano

Hrafnhildur graduated from the Trinity College of Music in London in July 2003 with Postgraduate Diploma and graduated from the Reykjavík School of Singing in Iceland with Þuríður Pálsdóttur as her main teacher. Also she has taken lessons with Ólöf K. Harðardóttir and Professor Anke Eggers in Hochschule der Kunste in Berlin. Hrafnhildur has also worked with well known and respected coaches, conductors and directors f.ex. Bodo Igesz, Gerrit Schuil, Keith Reed, Casper Holten, Claudio Rizzi, David Freeman, Garðar Cortes, Robin Stapleton and Robert Aldwinkle.

Hrafnhildur will perform as Queen of the night from The Magic flute at The Aberdeen International Youth Festival in July 2004.
